2. Purposes and legal bases
Contact / demonstration request form. We process name, organisation, email, operational domain of interest and message in order to handle your request and the commercial relationship. Legal basis: steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering a contract and, where applicable, legitimate interest in handling commercial enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). Submission is voluntary, but we cannot process the request without the mandatory fields.
Web analytics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you accept analytics cookies. We measure visits and site use in order to improve it. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
3. Recipients
Form data is shared with the email provider needed to deliver the message to the commercial team. If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited (and, where applicable, Google LLC in the United States) processes technical identifiers as processor / sub-processor. We do not sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Google may process data outside the EEA. In that case the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and Google’s additional safeguards for Google Analytics apply.
5. Retention
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and thereafter for applicable legal periods. Analytics data is kept according to the retention set in Google Analytics (by default a limited number of months; you may ask us for the current period).
6. Rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@zerintia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
